The downloadable PDF contains all 4 certificates so just print the page(s) you require.
Instructions: Download the free PDF and print the required certificate onto paper (or even some special card stock if you have it) then fill in the details and handover to the lucky recipient. Gold ink would look bea-uti-ful. The certificate would look great as an A5 Certificate (half of A4 size).
