We are excited to present a unique yarn-dyed towelling cotton by Alexia Marcelle Abegg for Ruby Star Society. The fabric is 100% cotton and pre-hemmed at a width of 16”/40cm. The base fabric has a slubby texture to it which gives it a relaxed, beachy feel. This fabric would look beautiful in the home or made up into a garment. You could use it for home decor pieces such as table runners, napkins, placemats, cushions, towels(!)… and even for jackets. Ruby Star Society has a tutorial for a simple chore jacket though you could definitely come up with lots of exciting ways to use this fabric.
