Papertouch Cotton Poplin - Cobalt - REMNANT 150cm (SECONDS)
A bold claim but I think this might be the smoothest cotton poplin I have ever felt - paper-like to the touch. A balance of soft and crisp, this fabric is plain and simple but luxurious enough to elevate your favourite sewing patterns and will work especially well for designs that require a plain fabric to showcase special details.
