A5 Notebook - Werner's Nomenclature of Colours

£8.50

A super cool 64 page lined notebook designed by Roomytown featuring a print of Werner's Nomenclature of Colours. The cover design captures the historical charm of Werner's Nomenclature of Colours first published in 1814 which was a taxonomical guide to the colours of the natural world which was heavily-depended on in a pre-photographic age. Scientists and observers of the natural world including Charles Darwin would verbally describe the colours of what they saw with references to the Nomenclature. Roomytown's design team in Bath, UK, have curated the design using an adaptation of colour swatches published by P. Syme in 1821.

The notebook is finished with a coloured fabric spine for an added touch of sophistication.

It is perfect for jotting down notes and plans for your sewing and other creative endeavours.
