The fibres are made from cellulose (wood) with the wood being sources from certified or controlled sources FSC® or PEFC and the viscose fibres are made using at least 50% less water and generate half the carbon emissions compared to generic/non-certified viscose. LENZING’s closed-loop production system captures and reuses chemicals rather than releasing them into the environment for which they earned the EU Ecolabel. The fabric itself is soft, smooth, lightweight with great fluidity and drape making it ideal for tops, blouses, skirts and dresses.
