Joy! by Hey Sew Sister - Cotton Poplin

A joyous multicoloured floral print on a high thread count cotton poplin. Black background with pink, green, lavender and yellow flowers. Lightweight and smooth to the touch, this fabric has a slight lustre and an initial crispness but will feel even better after a wash when it will soften up. The black background for the floral design will work as well in the colder months (for example when you’re wearing black tights or darker coloured jeans) as it will on bare skin in the warmer months making it an all season fabric. Perfect for dresses and cute blouses. For pattern inspiration you could check out the Brigid Wrap Dress or Lyra Dress. An Indigo hack with puff sleeves and tiered skirt would also look incredible.
