30cms of 1cm wide elastic, if size XL you will need 35cms of elastic.
100cms of bias binding.
Zip 30 cms long.
All matching your chosen fabric.
Plus...sewing machine, safety pin, scissors, pins, tape measure, iron, zipper foot if possible (can still be done without)
Your chosen fabric-
Nothing stretchy or too thick & stiff, fabric like cotton, denim or linen would work well.

110 wide fabric- S-M 150cm, L-XL 190cm
140 wide fabric- S-M 120cm, L-XL 140cm
BONI SHORT DRESS
110cm wide fabric- S-M 180cm, L-XL220cm
140 cm wide fabric- S-M 140cm, L-XL 180cm
BONI LONG DRESS
110cm fabric- S-M 250, L-XL 280cm
140 wide fabric- S-M 220cm, L-XL 340cm

M (UK 10-12) Bust- 93cm Waist-75cm Hip- 98cm
L (UK 14-16) Bust-103cm Waist- 85cm. Hip- 103.5cm
XL (UK 18-20) Bust-119cm Waist-98cm. Hip-123.6cm
